The service
Abra provides an AI-powered personal guidance app that uses astrological data as a framework for timing and decision-making. The app is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, informational use only. Nothing in Abra constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Abra. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Abra, its users, or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Abra offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in the Abra app and website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the app — we do not claim rights to your data.
Disclaimer of warranties
Abra is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Astrological guidance is interpretive and probabilistic — we make no guarantees about outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abra and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Abra shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
