This Privacy Policy explains how Abra ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website.

Information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and birth data (date, time, and location) which is required to generate your natal chart. We also collect information you share during your use of the app — goals, preferences, and conversation history — to provide personalized guidance.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Abra service. Your birth data is used to calculate your natal chart and active transits. Your conversation history and goals are used to build context so the AI can give you more relevant guidance over time. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties for advertising.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@abra.app.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate Abra, including Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI model), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary to provide the service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You may also opt out of any non-essential communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@abra.app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
